hey, i gotcha!

Friend 1-"Aagh! It smells like "what's up".
Friend 2-"What's up?"
Friend 1-"Nothin', how about you?"

This is so much funnier when you see it in action. :) A manager of mine did it to me when i was at work, it made me laugh pretty hard.
So as you can see i've changed the title of this blog...again. but i like this one a lot better and i see it as goal for me to speak up and not be afraid, and me telling people to stop being quiet and tell me what they really think.
Resently i've started to listen to this band called One Direction and currently i really like the song "One Thing". i don't know how new or old they are 'cause i heard it from a friend on facebook, and  that they are British and started getting noticed on the tv show called "The X Factor".  here i got the song that i like....

So, i don't like to fall into boy bands that closely resemble cute-boy-band-that-only-girls-like. yes i know, long title, so sue me, but i like the band 'cause they are pretty good.
If i were to have a band i would want to call it "XL "Xtremly Loud, like my blog.
I've started to teach myself some street dance, i'm not very good 'cause i've just started, but with practice and my determination i'll get better; as i've had time to practice i might up load some vids.
So that is all that i can think to write, so bye! have a good life!

Jane Eyre, my favorite book.....

I love the story Charlotte Bronte brought to life. Jayne Eyre is one of my most favorite and beloved books that i own. In 8th grade i thought it was to much of a love story for me, i even teased my best friend when she was reading it and singing praises of the classic. But it all changed for me when i took an Honors Literature class the next year. My teacher was very inspirational; he would tells us of Jane and her virtue and he would share his opinion on which film version expressed each character precisely.
My favorite film version is the 1983 with Timothy Dalton. It is kind of old but it is the best in following the book to a "T", well almost. Timothy brought the character of Mr. Rochester to life and he seemed to fit the part wonderfully. I have a scene from it that i want to share; it is after Jane and Mr. Rochester's almost wedding and when Jane finds out he is married. I love it so much 'cause Jane is willing to sacrifice her love for him in order to keep her integrity and virtue.

I just love that scene!

Oh also there is a newer version out (Jane Eyre 2011). I have not seen it yet but it looks fantastic!! i want to see it soo bad. here is the trailer.

Hope you like it!!!

Dreams....

There are a lot of things that i consider very important but i have to say that having dreams is one of the very, very important. I'm not very sappy and i cannot write anything like a poet, like my sister, where the words just blend together and flow really well, like a song or a rhyme. I just say what comes to my head. :) Dreams are what can help us make certain decisions in our lives. They help us grow towards what we are meant to do.

One of my dreams is to backpack all over the western states of America. I would just love to see all the beautiful scenery. I would take my camera and take as many pictures as i could and i would write about what i saw and what i did and what i was feeling at that moment because we all know that we forget if we put it off for too long. There are so many mystic things in our world and i just want to experience them all and have all the adventures that go along with them. Life has soo much to offer us, and the thing that matters is

what we do with it. :) If you ever feel like you have too much to carry talk to someone you trust explicitly, or go for a long run, that can help too. Also friends, good friends are there to help, if that's not what its like for you you need to get new friends. When my parents were having a tough time their marriage, i turned to my friends for comfort and they would make me laugh my hardest and it helped me to get me out of the dumps. :) Haha this is funny i thought i was going to talk to you about dreams but it turned into advice about life post. AH! me and my tangents. :) So don't let stuff get you down, and think about that phrase, it means you were up there before but you let that thing drag you down, so dust yourself off and get back up. You are wonderful, beautiful, handsome, and brilliant, just remember. :) Lots of Love for all you human beings!

The Princess Bride....

So today as i was talking to my sister in her bedroom (i like company but my sis wont come to my room, smiley face), i told her about how i had seen a new cover for The Princess Bride movie and we looked it up on her computer and i made us both giddy, no wait happy. (:
When i was little we, my family, had the video case (top right) and we wore it out. (: I love this movie soo much; it is a true classic. There are so many lines quoted from this movie; in my last school in seminary, the teacher and students were quoting it all the time, i feel bad for the foreign exchange students who probably thought we were all crazy and had our brains taken over by some movie quoting monster.
But anyways, i saw the new 20th anniversary cover for Princess Bride (bottom right) while i was shopping (well my mom was shopping for yarn, i was just there to be the person to remind her what time it was so that we don't stay until midnight, love you Mommy!) I walked over to where they had the movies (i like movies) and i saw that and it was worth waiting. (: This movie will be in my future home and i will have my kids watch it just as much as i did and we will make funny memories with it.

Famous Quotes:

Buttercup: You can die too for all I care.
[she pushes him down a high hill]
Man in Black: AS... YOU... WISH.
Buttercup: Oh, my sweet Westley! What have I done?

Inigo Montoya: Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.
Count Rugen: Stop saying that!

Miracle Max: You rush a miracle man, you get rotten miracles.

[Buttercup kisses the senile King]
The King: What was that for?
Buttercup: Because you have always been so kind to me, and I won't be seeing you again since I'm killing myself once we reach the honeymoon suite.
The King: Won't that be nice. She kissed me, ha, ha, ha!

Inigo Montoya: That Vizzini, he can *fuss*.
Fezzik: Fuss, fuss... I think he like to scream at *us*.
Inigo Montoya: Probably he means no *harm*.
Fezzik: He's really very short on *charm*.
Inigo Montoya: You have a great gift for rhyme.
Fezzik: Yes, yes, some of the time.
Vizzini: Enough of that.
Inigo Montoya: Fezzik, are there rocks ahead?
Fezzik: If there are, we all be dead.
Vizzini: No more rhymes now, I mean it.
Fezzik: Anybody want a peanut?
Vizzini: DYEEAAHHHHHH.

Buttercup: We'll never survive.
Westley: Nonsense. You're only saying that because no one ever has.

Miracle Max: Get back, witch.
Valerie: I'm not a witch, I'm your wife. But after what you just said, I'm not even sure I want to be that any more             (One of my own favs to quote) :)

So that is a lot of quotes but they are all my favorites, and i hope that you enjoyed them! bye!

You know when your not girly when....

This is something a friend shared with me and i just love it. i feel that most of these apply to me.

You would prefer to go laser tagging, shooting -- anything that involves guns -- to a “romantic” dinner.

You generally enjoy action movies more than chick-flicks.

When all of your girls are getting sappy and teary-eyed, you just roll your eyes and groan.

You tend to laugh at things, or during times, that are supposed to be “tender.”

You would prefer to have your own motorcycle than to sit on the back of your boyfriend’s.

You would rather wear a hat than do your hair.

You know less about make-up than most guys.

When you experience something like the following:
Sappy Friend: You should read this book!
            You: What’s it about?
Sappy Friend: This girl falls in love with—
You (with a look of complete horror and disgust):
            Not interested.

When you acknowledge that a guy is good looking and all of your friends’ jaws drop to the floor.

When your Dad asks, “When are you going to start liking boys?”
And your answer is, “I don’t know. Haven’t thought about it.”

When you enjoy football more than ballroom.

The sound of high-heels on a hard floor makes you cringe.

You can’t walk in high-heels.

You wear sweats on a date.

Any actor in a play or movie has worn more make-up than you.

Your friends say, “Oh we can’t watch that when she’s here because they kiss at the end.”

You do not find much, if any, joy and satisfaction in sappy moments.

You are not smitten with Mr. Darcy, Colonel Brandon, or any other “dream boat” in any of Jane Austen’s novels.

Your friends are shocked when they find out you own something pink.

Hey there.... (:

Haha, well just forget about all i said about changing the name of this blog. i might change it every few weeks or months. (:

I have been watching the film, "I.Q.", i don't explain movies really well but i totally recommend this movie! I guess i'll at least tell you who are the main characters, first Albert Einstein has a niece and there is a mechanic who is in love with her and Albert helps them fall in love; there thats the best i can do, you should watch it! (:

A few parts that i just love are when the mechanic,Ed, goes to Catherin's house to return a watch she left at the shop and he meets Albert and yada yada they talk and Ed takes Albert on his motorcycle and in that scene Albert yells, "WAHOOOO!" and it makes me laugh everytime and it has become something that my family does when we get excited. (:

There is another part that i just love! It is where the two lovers are watching a comet and earlier in the show the girl talks about her father and that when he pasted away he said that he would be riding on it to see how she was doing, and well in this scene she yells at the comet, "Hello Daddy, this is Ed the man that i love!" and i think that that is so cute and i picture a father riding the comet smiling. :)

There is this quote near the end of the movie where Albert says to his niece, "Don't let your brain interfere with your heart." I understand what this is saying but for me right now in my life it has nothing to do with lovey dovey stuff. (: During a period of my life i was really focused on my future and that is not a bad thing but the way that i was going about it was. i thought that i couldn't do any of the stuff that i wanted to do (the fun stuff) because then it would mess up my future, but then i realized that i would eventually in my future i would be regretful and wish that i had done something  that i wanted to do. i have seen people who just worked hard to get a good job but then are miseralbe 'cause they actually hate that job; i have seen stress and fights over money, and divorce. None of that is grerat, so i believe that what can help is if you find God and find yourself in Him.
Well its late and i need to go to bed, so fare thee well readers and have a good night!
